Dr. Eshraghi received his Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University in 2002, and both his DMD and Specialty Certificate in Periodontics from Oregon Health and Science University in 2006 and 2009, respectively. Dr. Eshraghi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, the highest level of achievement in the field. He remains affiliated with OHSU as an assistant clinical professor and actively teaches advanced surgical skills, including implant placement. He is passionate about teaching and is pioneering the use of advanced computer-aided technologies, including CT scans, CAD/CAM-guided surgery, 3D printing, and dynamic navigation, in the practice of periodontics.

Dr. Heslinga earned her Bachelor’s and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees at the University of Iowa, then completed her periodontics residency at Oregon Health & Science University. Her master’s research focused on tissue engineering and stem cells. As a resident, she treated patients with complex medical conditions in the Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She offers a comprehensive range of periodontal and implant procedures, including gum grafting, bone grafting, and dental implant placement, to help her patients establish a healthy oral foundation and achieve a confident smile.

Dr. Bello earned his DMD degree with clinical excellence awards from the University of Puerto Rico, followed by a two-year hospital-based General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. There, he focused on periodontics and oral surgery, gaining certification in IV moderate sedation, particularly in working with special needs communities. Dr. Bello then pursued specialty periodontics training at Oregon Health and Science University, earning a specialty certificate and master's degree. Dr. Bello is Board-certified in periodontics and implantology. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he offers a wide array of periodontal treatments, including surgical and laser-assisted procedures.

Dr. McAllister has practiced periodontics in the Portland area since 1993. He is both a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and of the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. McAllister has been actively treating periodontal diseases, with an emphasis on dental implant placement. He has over twenty years of experience in the surgical placement of dental implants and bone reconstruction. Before starting his own practice in Tigard, Dr. McAllister was a full-time faculty member at the Oregon Health Sciences University. He was the director of the dental implant program for the residents and performed research related to implantology. He is currently a part-time faculty member at the University of Oregon Health Sciences.
